What to check on the vehicle
- Roof, hood, trunk (most common impact zones)
- Body lines near braces (damage can hide in shadows)
- Glass, lights, trim, and mirrors (chips/cracks)
How to take better hail photos
- Use angled light: early/late sunlight shows dents best.
- Two distances: 6–10 feet away and close-ups.
- Repeat panels: roof/hood/trunk from multiple angles.
